All current digital downloads are offered free of charge and therefore do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

Future Paid Digital Products:
When paid content, workshops, or digital files become available, they will be delivered electronically and considered final sale once accessed or downloaded. Because of the instant nature of digital delivery, we generally cannot offer refunds after purchase.

However, if you experience technical issues (for example, receiving the wrong file or being unable to download your purchase), please contact us within 7 days at 8thhouseportal@gmail.com .
